Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups riped papaya
  • 1/4 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • Boil milk and allow to cool.
  • Take a large bowl and beat papaya,milk powder,cream and sugar. Beat the mixture till it becomes foamy.
  • Freeze it for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours take ice cream from freezer and again beat well
  • Again freeze it for 5-6 hours.
  • Serve
